U.S. District Court Judge Leigh Martin May rejected Sen. Lindsey Graham's arguments against having to testify before a special grand jury in an investigation of possible 2020 election interference in Georgia by former President Donald Trump. NBC News' Ali Vitali reports on how Graham responded to the decision.

Lindsey Graham says he will do what he is required, when was complying to the law something that was up for discussion. If any ordinary citizen were ordered to court and didn't not show up there would be legal consequences. He's not doing anyone a favor here, he's doing what any of us would be forced to do, and it's about the Courts, and DOJ stepped up and ensured it doesn't matter how much power you think you have, you are not above the law.
