This was soooo good! I have read and highlighted Atomic Habits to pieces and actually doing the same with Chase's book Creative Calling. Some key questions (paraphrased) James mentioned in this interview that I plan to ask/use....

(1) What do I really wanna do? - I plan to take his advice and journal on this daily for a while. Fantastic!
(2) What will be my default action during all those pockets of found time? - Do this instead of scrolling on your phone because those minutes add up - four minutes here, seven minutes there, etc.... (e.g. standing in line at the grocery store, waiting on an oil change, etc. etc.)
(3) What is the work that can keep working for me when it's done?

Again, FANTASTIC! Salute to Chase & James. Thanks for your work and sharing it so freely!

Great convo. Anyone who liked this should also check out Dr. Jud Brewer. He's like the grandfather of habits and habit change and curiosity and trigger/behavior/reward.

I had to stop listening so that I could re-watch later with a pen and paper. Way too many dimes dropped in the first 50 minutes if you can’t take notes.
