You CAN DO THIS IN A STREET FIGHT.. u used it ones on a handicapt kid with 1 arm. It works perfectly

This only works on a shirt grab in a specific outer area to make room for an easy elbow manipulation (still needs a slight step in) and the trap happens at the later stage of the move making it be vulnerable to position adjustments. Easier would be a simple quick trap followed by a right elbow to the temple of the attacker. This is not realistic when in real life positions are rarely static and hands are flailing.
