after many try, many solution on internet all failed.
But then delete registry Bags and BagsMRU It works!!! Thanks

Command prompts came back with "unknown process" for the DISM etc command---and for the chkdsk/f/r said it was 'in use' and couldn't be checked!

My taskbar is flickering. Whenever I click the search icon the screen goes black. I think my file explorer is crashing.

Seriously why is every fix SFC/ SCANNOW, DISM Online health etc and CHKDSK /r/f . Can we get a little more creative than this UGH!

Is it a hardware issue? I've tried all the methods shown and none worked. I'm gonna send my laptop for service tomorrow hahaha.
