Adjusting the File Explorer options fixed it for me.
It's a shame that clearing the cache is a fix. Tried deleting the Bag and BagMRU folders from the registry before and that didn't work at all.

I love these Only thing I'm missing is the actual proof that it is working. You're basically just showing a vid with some actions you can do. But it would have been better if you could actually show the problem, then apply the solution and the show the result.
