Great video sir! 'm having attacks for 2 days now I have very limited movements. I'm not sure if I'm the only one, but I don't think I can do this test. It amazes me that the subjects here are so calm. I panic and almost have nervous breakdowns when having episodes. I have very little tolerance with motion issues 😭😭I feel so helpless. It's very debilitating everytime and I'm not the kind who's always too open to share. Oftentimes I just keep to myself 😔

This is very helpful, thank you. I learned that BPPV usually presents with horizontal nystagmus and that vertical nystagmus usually signifies a central cause. Is this not always the case in your experience?

I thought vertical nystagmus would indicate a central etiology rather than peripheral such as BPPV.

Unless u hav a disease/ neuromuscular disorder that effects ur eye movements, there has to be more that this one thing yo rely on a DX..

Why vertical nystagmus in Bppv ? Though it is peripheral vertigo and vertical nystagmus should occur only in central vertigo? Can u explain to me plz? Thank u in advance
