We live in Orlando and we left yesterday. The closest place that had rooms available was Dunwoody, Georgia by Atlanta. The drive was annoying, but not horrendous. Mostly the slowdowns were from accidents or people getting off work like in Gainesville Florida. People drive like idiots and were weaving in and out of traffic. We came within inches of getting rear ended because idiots weren’t paying attention. Stay safe everyone.

I read a news article showing a simulation of something very similar happening in Tampa. It showed that it would leave the bay of Tampa bay 15ft under water. I hope and pray everyone has gotten out of there.
