Hey Brad, I’ve been watching you videos for a while now and they’ve been a great help! Me and my ex were together just over 2 years, we had a really great relationship until the last few months where I became more insecure and worried about our relationship but wanted to work things out. My ex then broke up with me almost 2 months ago. I acted a little needy and desperate after the breakup but have just completed 30 days no contact. I have focused on myself and learnt a lot during no contact and feel more confident, less insecure and the best version of myself! I truly believe me and my ex have something worth fighting for, however he has not reached out at all during no contact and I fear that because I acted needy and insecure after the breakup he still needs more time. I feel ready to reach out but should I wait another few weeks? Thanks Brad!

I desperately wanted to apologise to my wife in person, but she's not talking to me yet so was forced to apologise via texts (maybe a few too many aka begging and pleading) and via a letter. I bought the Ex Factor Guide last week and am 6 days into No Contact and just signed up for your coaching.
I am desperate to get the chance to issue a heartfelt apology in person because I think I can genuinely get through to her, but I am sticking to the No Contact even though it is killing me to just ignore her. Thanks for your advice and looking forward to working with you via the coaching.
