How to ║ Restore Reset a HP TouchSmart 15 to Factory Settings ║ Windows 8

I had an issue where it wouldn't take me to the screen where it let's me press trouble shoot. So I read on the comments below that you should click esc and then f11.... I held esc button while continuely pressing f11 till the screen came up. It works! Thanks a lot !

My pc got infected with virus, I tried to erase it without success. So I took it PC WORLD, they tried to erase the viruses without success too, so they charged £50 to do this simple restore factory settings.
