I still have an issue where i can hear myself but i cant figure out how to set my mic input to the interface, interface is grayed out. And i only have the options of bus/no input

But i know my audio interface works because i can hear myself through my mic through my headphones. Just when i ples record/play it doesn’t record anything

I have signal from protools to apollo but i’m not getting any audio. My sound preferences is greyed out, why would that be the issue? I had sound once but went back the next day and there was no sound again. I never changed anything as far as im aware.

I have all my tracks connected to the right bus outputs, the bus tracks are solo safe, and my mix print track's input monitor is off. But when I listen to the tracks connected to the bus tracks I can't hear anything.
