Dear iZotope, your update/upgrades prices from previous versions are unfair. Have been a registered user of RX and Ozone (alongside most of your software products) since the very beginning, but having to paid USD149 on every new update definitely is an scam. The last one seems to be an offer, but is still pricey. You're losing your loyalty users. Not happy at all.

I just bought RX 10 Elements had it for almost a week now. Still don’t know how to use it. After install/authorization I still can’t find the app on my Mac. Does it just appear somewhere in Premiere Pro?

I received a free licence when I purchased a Tascam DR-10L Pro. I went through the installation process, entered licence number etc - but there was no resulting shortcut or obvious link to the App. Ok, so maybe it is a 'Plug-in' - but to what? I don't understand, sorry. I use Davinci Resolve Studio - maybe it can plug in to that?

If only there were a way to improve direct plugin Final Cut Pro compatibility. I was an RX Advanced customer but stopped upgrading after RX7 and FCP compatibility is no longer listed.

Hi there. 2 questions : Does the Assistant open up as Audio Suite in Pro Tools ? That would make life so much easier. Also, in the video the voice was 'de-plosived' but de-plosive is not in the list of features for Elements (it is in Standard/Advanced). But in Elements it does repair plosives? Looks / sounds like a great product which I would like to buy....Thanks for your help.

Hey team, I have just pruchased the RX 10 Elements and installed and activated my license on my PC but I cannot find anywhere to add it into my Premire pro nor is there a stand alone application that I can just edit the audio in. I have gone through all of your support articles on how to install it and use it but nothing shows me how to get it into Premire Pro. Any help would be amazing!!

I can open this plugin and use it in Garageband, but when I export it doesn't include the changes. Does this plugin not work in Garagband?
