Where is that place (beach or park name)? I'm actually from Boca Raton and just dreaming about flat water rides. Our keys islands have a couple beaches with flat but there is 2 problems: too small soace for kite rising/landing and tons of seaweeds and killing smell from them 9-10 months in a year.
