I resonate with everything you've said in this video. I recently relocated back to my home country Namibia as well, my primary intent was to return. I was open to staying on as a young single lass but home is my first love and I really feel the need to develop and cultivate where my skills are most needed. I appreciate, like you, that I have a choice and I'm not forced to be anywhere, and that the grass is not necesarrily greener in Europe.

Great video! I think this is a very interesting perspective particularly because you’re a black woman and things are very different for us especially when the socio-cultural factors you’ve mentioned are considered.
