Man arrested, charged with murder in deaths of 3 in DC row house fire: police

Police say they have arrested and charged a man with murder in the deaths of three people killed a D.C. row house fire.

DC failed this family by not leaving at least one car at this scene as they had three calls for service with a call for a fire. The chief said they had to put the cars back into service. If it had been a sports event there would be many cars. So DC failed this family by not leaving a car at the scene like they also place at stores when there is a crime report. They take care of businesses and not the citizens who need help.
