Devan "Piece of Crap" Jordon. Wearing an ankle monitor for a MURDER! Ankle monitors are supposed to be for non-violent crimes. The judge who issued this ankle monitor instead of holding him in jail should have to pay a price, especially since the piece of "crap bad guy" committed other crimes while he was out! Charge the Judge and the courts for being out of their freaking minds and putting the innocent public at risk for injury and death!

I don't recall a single instance in which the perpetrator of a violent crime hasn't already committed a similar act and been unjustifiably released. The criminal element is actually relatively small. its just recycled perpetually (smh)

The Judge or Magistrate that let this POS out on bond should be charged also. It happens all the time. The Law should protect the Citizens. Nothing replaces being armed and knowing how to defend yourself. I am continually reminded of the old saying "When seconds count, the Police will be there in minutes". So ankle monitors are useless. This is also typical of Houston. Many murders are repeat offenders out on bond. But the Department of injustice keeps so called "insurrectionists" whose deadly weapons were posters, in jail without bond.
