Praksis, your exercises are simply wonderful! I have a spinal fusion (C5-C7) following a serious motor vehicle accident (tractor) and I can't thank you enough for bringing more spinal mobility and awareness through my column. This was just what I needed in the wellbeing toolkit. Thank you for taking the time to do this.
