As someone who had an L1 to L5 laminectomy for spinal stenosis, I found this video fascinating 🙏

After watching your content, I the lights went on for me. I realized That my Dr. Gas lit me on the exact location of the L1 and the L2. I fractured these two vertebrae in Dec. and have been pretty much bed ridden with pain and just the inability to hold my weight up because of these painful fractured. I do well to get to the restroom.
In an instant this happened. I went from walking 6 miles a day, snow skiing, waterskiing tennis, no more play with my grandchildren..
