My truck is the same truck, my heater is mounted the same way, that box is not air tight and who wants to be heating cold air from outside anyway. The only air meant to come from outside is combustion air, just like a furnace in your house.

Agree if there is no vent. Official Webasto promo add lacking a lot of detail.

There is actually a vent above where the heater is mounted. Not clear or pointed out in the video.

Sucking intake air from the same box the heater is installed in, and no obvious vent to the outside of the truck, are you kidding ?

Didnt even touch on the combustion in and out air and the specific way the need to be mounted. Video missed quite a bit. Try again guys. Thumbs down.
