As a mom of Irish twins, do not worry about the first year! My first year was a cake walk. Now they’re 5 & 4 and I can honestly say it gets progressively harder by the year. They love each other but fight like crazy.

My recommendation for having a second child, is wait until Ry is at least a year and a half before trying. That way they are 2 to 3 years apart. It will decrease the stress and sibling fights. My oldest two are a year and a half apart. Hated each other. Between the second and the third child. Loved each other and are closer now. Just a note. Teenage years are far worse than baby, and toddler years.

Hi Maddy. LOVE your channel. Rylie is adorable. I had 3 kids under 3-1/2 years of age. They are teenagers now. It is different, but it is still difficult. You never do stop worrying. You can do it!! Yes, parenthood will always be very difficult and it does take a village, but it is also the best blessing. I wouldn't have it any other way. Keep the videos coming!

From my personal experience, I got pregnant with my son when my daughter was 2 years old & I think that was a great time frame because I could still pay so much attention to all the mile stones my daughter went through! My sister and I are a year a part so I definitely get why you want them close in age, but I feel like that must have been so tough on my mom 😂

I don’t recommend using an app to see when you’re ovulating, I did that, & it wasn’t accurate. The ovulation strip tests from Amazon were what helped us!

We started trying when my son turned 1. I now have a 2 year old and a 5.5 week old. I can tell you the second time around is easier/I’m much more calm. Not to say my patience isn’t challenged and that it won’t get harder but it is totally different round two.

Also - yes to asking your partner for help when you need it! And for getting out to target! You’re speaking to me❤️

Love both your channels, Madison!  You're an inspiration!  When we had 3 children in two years (twins), we had a day nanny for 6 months on Monday-Friday---what a blessing!  My health improved and my focus, and it was totally worth it!  Just something to consider for down the road.  Your daughter is adorable!  Enjoy every minute---they really do grow up quickly!   :)

My baby girl was born Oct. 19th and it’s been so great following you and Ryleigh! You’ve given awesome advice! I have great girlfriends and I’ve gotten plenty of advice but there is something about going through this with someone else in real time. Seeing you struggle has been reassuring and seeing you thrive has been motivating. I’m pumping right now and I’m like heck yeah!!! Pumping sucks!!! And when my baby girl protests when I try to feed her, I literally think of you and I’m like other moms go through this too. I could go on and on.
