In this video, Patrick Hall of Fstoppers walks you through some of his must have accessories for the GoPro Hero 11 Black Camera. If you want to get the most out of your Gopro Hero waterproof camera, you will want to place the camera right in the thick of the action. Sometimes you can simply hand hold your camera but many times it's better to have specialized grip and hardware to guarantee you get the best looking shot. In this video Patrick shows some of the footage he shot during a mega yacht video shoot and how he was able to capture dramatic footage of wakeboarders, kiteboarders, jetskiing, ski bobs, diving, snorkeling, scuba diving, and other more extreme water sports.

Things I have found that work great, 100lbs fishing line, a cheap way to get close is use painters pole and with dome - spit on it or use RainX. I can't wait to see the final video.

Aluminum (accessories) also heavily corrode in salt water., as most anodizing doesn’t hold up. The corrosion is recognizable as grey-ish dust.

My personal recommendation for the bubble enclosure:
Use Rain-X or similar (you can even use car wax), to make the lens water repellent.
A fun accessory:
There’s a bottle lid with mount, you can put on any bottle, half fill it, and it will float in the water (hight chosen via fill), so you can film even yourself passing by closely, if you’re alone. It can’t sink.

The metal tolerances can be fixed with metal repair paste. You add material and let it cure.
I would think the Alumin parts can withstand more abuse than the plastic.

You need to coat that dome in some Rain-X to keep the water off!

GoPro stopped selling and shipping to Puerto Rico directly awhile ago. Makes no sense because the founder's mother is puertorrican. You can buy it directly from online stores and some of them will ship to the territory.

Just throw those rusted parts in a bowl with Coke (or Pepsi, your choice). Should come out pretty well after an hour or so.
