Jeeps are top heavy and flat sided. Even when they're stock. Apparently they don't have the best crash ratings as well. Well actually they do but if you see the crash videos after the crash they fall sideways. Too bad, we love them anyways. I have a complete respect for them I just wish they had better engines. The diesel ones are really good.

Right on for seat belts EXCEPT when crossing water--then, take the seat belt off!

A very important point is the lack of sufficient caution while going up or down a hill while off camber, ie a simultaneous pitch and roll situation. Here, all it takes is one lurch from an abrupt input or tire slide or hard braking or a tire being stopped abruptly by a rock... any of these can be the trigger for a rollover.

No other vehicles are put in potential roll situations like Jeep Wranglers, so the data is skewed.

Roll steer is one reason. When you have two solid axles, the vehicle behaves like a skateboard.
