How to Play Ron:
Pick a starter country! - Spain, Turkey, Zimbabwe!
Now, Queue up (2) Wargoals on your neighbors!
Set up your industry (3, if you can afford, electronics factories, but steel and Motors should come as a priority if you have a square city)
Set up Military - Assign Generals to Armies, you don’t want to change land doctrines yet until your economy is good
Declare war - Use your wargoals and kill your neighbors, easily done by taking one city and waiting as you wait for them to attack your entrenched position. Or, you may raze the province as you retreat to cripple the AI’s Army
*Set up Communist Rush* - Medium+ Government Spendings, don’t worry about money, as long as you have over 100 million and less than 800k deficit, you should be fine.
Rush research, non-aligned should be able to get communist and speed run manpower or factories.
Now, set up consumer factories and a decent, decentralized economy. Reduce government spendings, stack ideological improvement modifiers and factory productivity. Start Research rush, try to get research spendings up high, use money from repeated conquests to fuel economy. Use policies to increase research output. Once over 18~ try to rush bomber tree, use bomber modifier on military
Research Political Power improvements for decent gain, can switch with predecessor if you cannot afford political power, try to bump up spendings if needed
You should be able to declare on people, throw bombers at industry and stacks, then follow with tank rush

Not just rise of nations but almost every roblox how to get x in game tutorial is like this. Only difference is that you forgot the part where they tell you to buy a private server and half the available gamepasses in the game.
