Mr.Rishid is true that people get better connected and improve when they work in person. Due to covid, working habits changed and they a kind of resistance to the full-time office. They might be in their comfort zones.
In this scenario, atomic habits approach would be better. Rishad would ask them to come 2 or 3 days initially. Gradually things will be set.Also all critical projects people should be physically present. It is change of habit and its associated benefits and comfort that matters.
