1 large cauliflower 200ml almond milk 200g plain flour
50ml water salt & pepper
Box of panko breadcrumbs 2tsp paprika 2tsp garlic powder 250ml hot sauce 1tsp olive oil vegan mayo, spring onion & a lemon to serve

Thank you so much for being so open minded when it comes to vegetarian/vegan food, there's such a stigma around them that people are instantly dismissing dishes which in their own right are absolutely delicious. I've been veggie 28 years and I personally don't like meat alternatives that are too close in taste or texture to real meat (wasn't a big fan of meat even before I went veggie) so recipes like this really appeal to me

So happy you are working on vegan recipes!🌱💚 I went vegan for my health back in April and feel better. I'm suprised by all the vegan options and substitutes available these days. Have a great time with the vegan recipes!👍😄

Made last night. Was yum. Used Panko chipotle crumbs, soy milk 100ml oat 100ml. Pop oven 200C 20 minutes, then dunk in Frank's red + olive oil ( one bottle definitely not enough especially if you get bigger cauliflower) cooked for another 20 mins, took em out and glazed them with more buffalo sauce, turned oven off and put back in for 10. Was perfect. Cheers for the recipe Barry!

Thank you so much for making some vegan recipes! I'm dairy intolerant and these videos really help because I'm like "Yeah! I can make these if I want!" Instead of on other videos where I'm like "dang. I wish I could make this!"

If you haven't already, would you try a variance of pulled jackfruit (the vegan substitute of pulled pork)?

As a native buffalonian I am so happy and surprised that you have Franks! Thats the only hot sauce we use in Buffalo, although we normally use the original. Not very vegan but the typical wing dip in Buffalo is chunky blue cheese dressing. These look super delicious and I will have to try soon.

Honestly, i've never ever had anyone proclaim they are vegetarian/vegan to me, it's always non veggie people who seem to jump on that bandwagon stereotype before they've even had a chance to open their mouths! Cannot wait to try this :)

Definitely do a seitan recipe. I highly recommend "steamed seitan sausages" my go-to recipe for gluten flour . Great texture. Flavour highly flexible. Brilliant cold out of the fridge.
