Great, this project should have been done years ago. Look at Europe (channel tunnel), Asia (Japan, China), we don't joke about great infrastructure projects.

For anyone who don't know, this one is part of the bi-partisan infrastructure bill to improve the Boston- Washington DC corridor

It appears that building train tunnels highways which is no problem with that they more concerned about that than your safety. They prefer to do those other projects that for you to protecting your own self look at all the money that they're going to spend. That money is coming out of taxpayers but yet taxpayers are not allowed to protect themselves
