Thank you for watching my video on the massive population density of New Jersey, if you have ideas for future videos please let me know here in the comments. I try my best to read (and often respond to) every comment whenever possible.

As a New Jerseyan, thank you so much for making this video. We have always been stuck in New York and Philly's shadows are decades, so it's so refreshing to see us finally getting representation as our own state with our own identity.

People know NJ is close to NY but I don’t think people realize just how super close NJ is to NYC. I live in North Jersey just a block from the Hudson and the city is just a few minutes away. Huge for people who want the benefits of NY without the trash living situations.

New Jersey also has the most preserved land/wildlife per capita, mainly the pine barrens which has many species of animals only found there! and north new jersey has some stunning mountain view’s and waterfalls

There is a saying about car theft in NJ and its: "If your car is stolen, check Paterson. It'll probably be there and missing it's rims."

This video was about a very small part of New Jersey in the area across the river from New York. 50% of our population lives in that area while the other 50% is spread out around the whole rest of the state. If you drive an hour away from Newark in any direction you will see farms, forests or marsh land. We are called the garden state for a reason.

Nice but cannot afford to stay in NJ when your property taxes are 20k annually.

I’m a jersey boy born and raised and I really appreciate this, it makes us feel special and not just that awkward state that looms in the shadows on New York and Philly where that weird ass reality show takes place, I’m proud to be from New Jersey, let’s go Devils!!!

NJ is a beautiful state. It's very diverse geographically and culturally. Great video!👍🏾

Tell me you know nothing about New Jersey without telling me you know nothing about New Jersey:

“New York, Washington, and Boston”

I was born and raised in central NJ. I now live in the Midwest. I will admit, NJ had plenty to do and there were some nice places to go, especially in Northwest NJ. Lots of farms and I had the beaches. However, after living in the Midwest, I don't think I could ever go back and live. Very expensive. The one thing that always stuck out was the cost of auto insurance. It was crazy expensive. But that wouldn't stop me from living there. Where I live now, I enjoy no traffic, clean air and cheap auto insurance. But I'll always cherish the days I did live in NJ.

Forgot unbelievable outdoor recreational areas for hiking, camping fishing in Pine Barrens (Batona Trail), Delaware Water Gap, Northwest Forests/mountains/lakes including a small stretch of the AT

New Jersey is the only state in the country where you can feel like you’ve gone to completely different states when in reality you only drove to the next county. Seriously, you can go from the big cities close to Philly or New York to out in the middle of nowhere country where there’s nothing but small towns, mountains, forests, and rivers without ever leaving the state.

There is no New Jersey accent, some people speak NYC English, others Philly English, and a few actually speak Inland North/Great Lakes English.

I know this video isn't about why people move to NJ, but if you ever make a video about that, it will be worth mentioning the high immigrant population and communities, which attracts more immigrants (including me!).

Should have named this video "Why everybody lives in NORTH Jersey". Seemed like you completely ignored anything about South Jersey and the Pinelands. #PorkRoll

What’s crazy is you cannot develop in 22 percent of the state because it’s protected open space ( the pine lands) but if you could another 500 k people would live here minimally. Also if Staten Island were part of New Jersey which it should be because it’s touching New Jersey the state would have an extra million people minimum.
