German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Russian President Vladimir Putin have spoken on the phone for just under an hour. According to the Kremlin, Putin accused Ukraine of trying to stall peace talks with unrealistic proposals. But he said Russia is prepared to find solutions to the conflict. That's a claim the West is skeptical about. Scholz urged Putin to implement a ceasefire as soon as possible and to improve the humanitarian situation in Ukraine.

2.- Ukraine is using bio weapons --> No proof they just want to use them themselves
3.- Talks are progressing --> 0 progress in peace talks (literally, even the human corridors the day he said this were a joke)
4.- Ukraine is stalling peace talks --> Russia is probably the one stalling them, as Ukraine just wants the agressor to retreat back to his country
