Local businesses said a partnership to help close the gap of skilled workers versus demand.

Why would they, when they will get forced to get vaccinated, etc etc. Look at how many have quit over that.

In general, Idaho needs lots of educated people. That’s why lots of the companies are hiring and they could only find candidate from other states. The local people need to go to school and get their education! Idaho is becoming competitive!!
