the mice lived 6.7% longer. its longer but I dont think that would be life changing. It is like life expectancy goes from 80 to 85. I think its more important to have quality years than quantity years.

Yeah we're "on to something" forever. I remember when I was like 14 in the mid 1980s watching on Brazilian TV about an American scientist willing to live till 150 through his "revolutionary" diet. I always wondered what happened to that guy and I stumbled upon an old "closer to truth" debate from around year 2000 and there he was. I googled his name and it turned out he died in 2004 aged 79 from lymphoma or something.
