HOW TO MAKE DINNER ROLLS | Easy Dinner Roll Recipe

Thanks for visiting! I hope this video shows you how very quick and simple dinner rolls can be to make!

This recipe works really well for burger buns, braided loaves, or good ol' loaf pan loaves too. It's a great one for your back pocket!

Recipe:
150 ml warm milk (dairy, soy, almond, whatever)
2 tablespoons sugar or honey
2 teaspoons active dry yeast (I think instant would work too)
1 egg
50 grams soft butter
1 teaspoon salt
325 grams all-purpose flour

Hey! I hope you like these fluffy, squishy, soft-sided little beauties!

Funny story, when faced with a giant amount of food (like a Thanksgiving dinner spread or a buffet), I almost *NEVER* put a dinner roll on my plate. It just takes up too much space (on the plate and in my tummy)! But on a regular day at home, with a bowl of soup or stew, I LOVVVE a good dinner roll. I'd be curious to hear your thoughts on the subject!

Excellent... this video should be sent to ALL the people in the States that always BURN the dinner rolls on Thanksgiving. Just one year I'm hoping that i can have perfect rolls like you just made.

Love how you make your recipes so accessible, I never watch you and think "yeah looks good but I cant possibly make that myself"... these look incredible! Me thinks the camera man might have had one too many glasses of wine before Anyway, is that yeast called "instant yeast"? I thought you had to proof yeast in warm water or something. I have not been allowed to use yeast in a very long time as I always kill it, so whatever I am making becomes a brick. Miso butter sounds delish! I have a container of miso at the back of the fridge, it has been there for a seems perfectly fine. But I've never known what to do with it except make broth, so yea! I am looking forward to next weeks video and what surprise's are in store for us. (I don't really know if the comma was supposed to go there) I do exactly the same with a dinner roll, never on a feast but always with soup, although I never have dinner rolls around, ever :( My god this was a chatty
