How to make Soft Chocolate Chip Shortbread!

For all those that didn't catch it : BAKE AT 160°c (fan) for 23-30MINS

Ingredients:
225g butter, softened
115g granulated sugar (plus extra for topping)
320g plain flour
90g chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)

1) Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan)

2) Line an 8x8" baking tin with baking paper.

3) Mix the butter, sugar and flour together with clean hands until combined.

4) Fold in the chocolate chips.

5) Pour it into your baking tin and press it down firmly.

6) Press some more chocolate chips on top and sprinkle over some sugar.

7) Bake for 25-30 minutes and allow it to cool.

8) Enjoy!

Enjoying mine now with some Tea. Baked for 30 mins- had nicer colour on top. Added a tad less sugar. Chopped up leftover Easter chocolate (I never had any choc chips). Tastes great & really easy to follow. Thanks x
