got a question 10 months ago i had a 5 day notice to pay or quit ...I was unemployed due to an accident I had so Me and my family moved out now the landlord is threatening my parents to move out from one of his properties and that he is taking me to court for those 3 months of rent i owe him can he actually do that even it's been months I moved out???
