Hi Dr Jack, very informative video, crisp and clear with useful clues. I myself am a practising Glaucoma surgeon from India, keen on switching my field of work to healthtech. I have been researching for a few weeks and noticed that there is very little information about this particular topic. What would really help is to post interviews or podcasts of doctors who have successfully made this switch and challenges they faced in the process.
