they're both mesured in frequency, which is 1/time
1Hz=1/s
1bpm=1/min

Sometimes I think about this and go "So it's all just rhythm? So pitch isn't even like, its own separate thing from rhythm anymore?" and then end up questioning everything in my life

EXTRATONE ( PITCH MADE OUT OF BEATS IS AN EXTRATONE )
Normal pitch is made out of VIBRATIONS / CICLES .

I guess all this is in reference to our human perception, colors are pitches too, then? 🤷 In a way, everything is frequency.

What even is time? And since time changes with speed and gravity, what does music sound like at the speed of light? And most importantly, why are we here?

not really. Because a pure sine wave of, say, 440 Hz is a single harmonic, while drum kick accelerated to 440 BPM is a composition of many harmonics . And this is because the kick sound itself is a composition of many harmonic s. I. e if you look at Fourier transform of 440 Hz pure sine wave you will see just single delta at 440 Hz while Fourier transform of a kick accelerated to 440 BPM will look as a some span (probably infinite) of high frequencies with the peak at 440 Hz

Everything was great until you assaulted me at the end. Never do that again, please and thank you

i wouldnt call it rythm, what you did wasnt rythmic.

It was just cycling fast enough to create a pitch, and as it slows down it becomes noticeable as seperate peaks and troughs
