TL;DW just film as you normally would but use an expensive smartphone and an expensive stabilizer and call it low budget.

And then be surprised that a high end smartphone combined with a high end stabilizer gives above average results


IMO this wasn't even a tutorial, you just wanted to show off, that's why the video is narrated as a story being told instead of having clear steps on how to achieve a specific look
