John Hughes really went all out with the cameos in this film and this is just another example. Michael McKean is a treasure.

I have 2 brothers. And not a year has gone by since this movie has premiered, that we have not sat together and watched this when we were at my mom’s house on thanksgiving. Before she passed and now, wherever we meet. We are now 74, 70 and 61. What a classic

Wow, I didn't know Chuck McGill worked as a state trooper before becoming a lawyer

The melted car foreshadows how Chuck would eventually melt in his house fire. Simply incredible, bravo Vince

It’s Michael McKean from This Is Spinal Tap and Better Call Saul. 😂

When John Candy said that the radio still works despite the mess they’re in, I instantly thought of the Aaron Tippin song “Nothing Wrong with the Radio” 😂🎶

Should’ve offered the cop 2 bucks and a Casio watch he might’ve let him off the hook 😂

GUYS!!! The state trooper is Chuck from Better Call Saul!!! Aka Michael McKean. He looks so much younger in this movie.

Personally, my favorite scene is when they both fall asleep while driving and end up on the wrong side of the highway and go between two transport trucks lol.
