I’ve never seen better free teaching content than Unity Learn. It’s spectacular.

W-w-why did I not know about this? I was stuck in tutorial hell for like 2 years and when I'm finally out, I find out unity has a free course 😂. Thank you for letting us know

One of the few times a youtube short gives genuinely advise and not trying to peddle some amateurish udemy course they made. Thanks for being genuine.

Solid advice! Honestly I haven't looked through the unity tutorials in years, I might peruse them just to see how much they've grown.

best advice: First watch some courses or do unity ones to learn the basic gyst of things. Then recreate old games that have simple concepts like doom zelda mario, try to do them by yourself, if youre stuck look up online, but don't type with the guy, watch and then do it yourself. Results will pop, but it will be hard to be consistent. After that you must get curious start finding out more, view youtube videos about cool features to add, about some packages from unity store, and learn how to use it in your games. Experiment experiment experiment. Maybe look into vertexes, triangles, meshes how that's made, theres alot of stuff to do. And after you feel sure, start learning shaders then 3d models or sprites etc
