I feel like it’s difficult for him to articulate himself and that he’s a nervous public speaker. Must be hard to grow up in the spotlight especially since I think he’s very self conscious about himself. Hope he realises he’s a talented person and just relax and enjoy the ride and not overthink things too much. Hard to do sometimes but I hope he has the support and encouragement from family, friends and Stays to keep believing in himself.

how to get started learning korean
1. Learn hangul
2. Learn basic vocabulary
3. Sentence structure and phrases
4. Listen to your favrouit kpop group and read the hangul lyrics while listening. You will be able to improve your hangul and grammar
5. Now try to read senteces using hangul
you should use Korean apps and watch a lot of Korean classes.

once you master this you are now on level 2.

I'm assuming he was talking about Rachael as his sister since she's the older one and Olivia just turned 17. If anyone has seen his family on social media and stuff, his whole family is so supportive towards him and what he does. They like his and skz's posts, His mom always uses skz songs as bgm, I've seen Olivia repost his pictures from magazine shoots, and all of them even made posts to wish him a happy birthday with pictures of him together with them. Now, to find out that she even helps him with things like this and is able to change his mindset on himself just really warms my heart. They're such an amazing family <3

Korean is hard af 😭😂but it’s very fun to learn.
I think Felix has really excelled in his Korean studying. In just a few years he’s so fluent.
About how he feels he learns; everyone learns differently, especially when it comes to languages. It’s okay if someone learns at a slower pace. It’s also easier for a young child to learn another language than a young adult-adult, so it’s only natural.

As someone who’s learning Korean, here’s my personal suggestion: Learn the vowels and consonants first. Korean characters are made up of a simple set of sounds and they’re relatively easy to memorize. Once you have that down, you can pretty much read and write the language. The next part is learning phrases, which I do with self studying and flash cards (you can also learn with professional language apps such as lingodeer for more accuracy, cause there’s the formal vs informal system). Since you’ll already know how to read Korean, memorizing these phrases should be relatively easy. Especially if you begin picking up patterns, like 나는 (informal)/저는 (formal) meaning “I am” and how they’re used in sentences. Make sure to also immerse yourself in it. A lot of people say to watch kdramas or listen to Kpop songs to help, and while it certainly does, it’s not just about listening- it’s also about paying attention to how words are used. Another good idea is finding someone who knows Korean and learn some of the language from them, even get direct assistance for pronunciation or grammar. Up front interaction is always a good thing with learning a new language because it puts you in more realistic scenarios. Lastly, the internet in this case is your friend. Despite the false information all over it, if you want to know something like “is this formal or informal”, honorifics, and other stuff, searching online isn’t a bad option. So good luck to anyone who wants to attempt Korean, and remember to be patient, because learning anything takes time.

Btw, if you guys want some free online course material, I’d suggest TTMIK (Talk To Me In Korean). It’s pretty specific and explains everything through pdf, podcast, and YouTube videos.

One final addition (this is getting pretty long lol), if you want an interactive app, since it may be hard to find someone fluent in Korean to talk with, I recommend Teuida. It also has guided lessons and is really good at honing your pronunciation, not to mention it puts you in real life scenarios. Unfortunately, it does require payment, so that option is also kind of barred.

I love how he forgot to tell the tips instead got so caught up in encouraging pple to take their time to learn whatever they are trying to learn and giving us confidence in being slow

Our precious Felix! I am so glad his sister is able to help him change how he thinks about himself!!! I'm a slow learner as well and it's good for me to hear this advice from him!

His whole point is:
Self acceptance. Its ok to be a bit slower or not learning things fast like some people do. Just let it be and get into the flow with yourself. You somehow will find your own way to get things done

Han once said that Felix is the kid who learned Korean correctly... 😁

It's better to learn correctly.... If we learn a choreography wrongly and practice the wrong one then it's hard to change it to the correct one- same with language and other things too 😀
Or it will waste even more time correcting the wrong part we learned

I love how much he seems to respect his sister and values her insight and opinions as a means for himself to grow... too many people accidently (myself included) just dismiss it and roll their eyes at older siblings so called "nagging", Felix is awesome

I can relate to Felix on such a personal level. I grew up learning really slow and other kids would make fun of me. So I thought I was stupid and didn’t apply myself in school. Then my dad told me it’s not about the speed in which you learn, but the effort you take to learn it. So from there I decided to work hard and be patient with myself and now I enjoy school. Basically the moral of the story is everyone learns at different speeds and just because it takes you longer it doesn’t mean you are dumb. Humans are all different in our own way so that’s what makes us unique

Omggg this reminds me so much of Harry styles cuz he talks pretty slow and hence tends to talk around the question like he literally talks about everything BUT the question XD this reminded me of him so much its cute 😂❤
