Coconut oil is high in medium chain triglycerides (MCT's) and fatty acids that boost metabolism.
Coconut oil is vastly different from most other fats in the diet.
Whereas most foods contain predominantly long-chain fatty acids, coconut oil consists almost entirely of Medium Chain Fatty Acids.
The thing with these medium chain fatty acids, is that they are metabolized differently than the longer chain fats.
They are sent straight to the liver from the digestive tract, where they are either used for energy right away or turned into ketone bodies.

Coconut oil has a smoke point of about 350 degrees F (171 C), which means it is not suitable for high temperature cooking. Other choices include virgin olive oil and even butter in small amounts. ... Avocado oil has a very high smoke point by comparison to other cooking oils.

I’m not sure the science behind what I’m about to say but I started putting coconut oil in my rectum and topically to help with my hemorrhoids after having a baby and suddenly I feel normal! I feel alert, my thyroid feels like it’s functioning again, all the swelling and pain from the hemorrhoids are gone, I feel happier and my brain is so clear. I always thought you have to eat it but apparently it doesn’t matter what hole it goes in it’ll still heal you 😂 I’ve been trying to get to this point of feeling well and energized for 6 years now! If someone would’ve told me to use a nightly coconut oil enema and most of my issues would disappear I’d think they were liars and yet here we are! ❤

I started using virgin coconut oil and I can not breathe alot of times and the coconut oil has taken me out of asthma. Not being able to sleep. Has decreased my hunger..has made my joints hurt less. Dr Mandell please Crack this nut open and try it out yourself for the world please. GOD Jesus and Holy Spirit sent me to you..there are too many people dying for dialysis..May be they could be cleaning themselves out with the oil..please help us. Thanks. Marsha M leod

It does work...sometimes if i wake up late, i will eat a tablespoon of coconut oil, run out the door and do intense physical labour and i wont feel hungry untill 12 - 3 pm, depending

Thank you doc, i tried it for a week God has big effect i actually loose weight a lot… i just take every morning one spoon of coconut oil i put in my coffee is good…. Nd is working sooo fast guy’s is like miracle 😊

Never tried it in my coffee, but have used on my facial skin and I notice the difference in the morning . I also use it on rashes and it improves skin. I sometimes use a little to tame frizz on hair too. I love coconut oil. But will try it with my coffee.Thank you Dr. Mandel.

This is great! I put a tablespoon of MCT oil in my hot tea every morning. I feel energized and my brain feels really alert.

I can eat plain coconut oil (not much)
but I like it. I use it in coffee & cooking
I haven't started exercising yet but plan to. I've went from 231 to 207 on keto. ☝
Also take turmeric, B-complex & potassium

I have coconut oil every day . Also turmeric and pepper corn .
Also going to try boswellia herb for reducing inflammation .

I am a good fat fan for sure! = Coconut, ghee, olive oil, hempseed oil, avocado oil..I eat a lot of fat every day and have flat belly, optimum weight, great transit system and good energy level...the trick is to greatly reduce carbs and consume fats mainly with veggies and/or proteins...it works great for me = rather a Keto diet, but I'm not strict and just follow what my body wants = some days eating carbs, others not...
