Mindfulness is the art of living in the present moment. It’s not always easy, and I’m definitely not mindful every single minute of every single day. Instead, I’ve been focusing on just finding little pockets of time in my day to experience the beauty of the here and now.

In this video, I’ll be taking you through my 7 days of mindfulness where I share one simple practice that incorporated into each day of the past week.

Your content is very calming and soothing. I also try to practice mindfulness and your techniques are quite effective. I practice mindfulness by trying to pay attention on my breath whenever I am getting too much lost in the thoughts.

I bought the book on Ikigai and had even cooked the red capsicum chutney you had shown us.

Calming video - thank you! 🌿 The 5 senses practice as such was new to me. I also have a habit of rushing through my meals so I'd really like to focus on conscious eating. Wishing you a wonderful week!

Definitely going to try them...loved the vlog...it was really calming & helpful...especially, now, as everybody s running around doing many things for improvement & we don't want to get behind.. so we just join the rat running race...& burn ourself out, bcos that s not wat we want 2 do...mindfulness s really needed now...gud job...
