You should try arnolds "mr olympia diet" This was arnold schwarzenegger's diet from 1969 to 1975
Meal 1 - four eggs (scrambled), two rashes chicken bacon, three sausages
Meal 2 - one protein shake, oatmeal (two cups in one bowl), cashew nuts (three ounces)
Meal 3 - Grilled turkey breast, brown rice, large salad
Meal 4 - one protein shake, cashew nuts (three ounces)
Meal 5 - cottage cheese (two cups), one protein shake

Been shredded 24/7/365 doesn't mean it's healthy 100% or certainly something for everyone. Tom Brady's approach is one I really approve, I've never been shredded, I used to be pathologically obese and now I've fixed my nutrition ( I managed to go down from 143 to 75kgs ). It's more important in my opinion to know how you want your body to look like and not aiming for something that in the long run won't satisfy you. I am not either shredded or muscular as a bodybuilder or as many fitness youtubers; however when it comes to strength and conditioning training I've done significant progress the past 4 years and that certainly is something I am absolutely pleased. <3
