He out works everyone. Diet and exercise discipline is incredible. He has worked very hard for that success. I read an announcer tried his diet and didnt last a day.

Lets just make it clear to the people listening. Brady is NOT AVOIDING VEGGIES. Some veggies. He focuses on "dark leafs", for example spinach and kale. Those are big time veggies. Folks dont stop eating veggies please.

He had 9 passes in the second half...they were up so much and running so good...how is a guy second in pass yards and second in td passes a "game manager"?...no off-season no preseason...new system...coach...teammates and city after 20 years in one place...people talk about the Bucs weapons but if you go back throughout the season they were almost never all healthy...even the playoffs...Godwin(broken fingers) Evans(hyperextended knee) Brown(sprained knee)

I 100% Agree with diet like that. When I suggest to some of my friends to avoid inflammatory veggies, they think I am crazy. One of my favorite books that explains this perfectly: "Eat to Beat Disease" by William w. Li. Phenomenal.

His diet is optimized for gut health; which is probably why of all the older QBs he seems the youngest and most lively. His training regime could be improved though, but it works for him as he barely gets hit or moved out of the pocket anyway lol

Diets are complicated. Grains and legumes are inflammatory as well. What works for one doesnt another. Genetic makeup makes the difference in ones diet.

Sounds like my diet besides mushrooms, but don't eat a lot of them but do take a mushroom mix supplement for immune and health support. No inflammatory foods is quite fantastic 🙌

For being where he is you have to make sacrifice sometimes huges sacrifice . For everybody who think its easy . Its really hard . Thats why hes the best . He do little thing nobody do so thats why hes the goat.

Basically he is on a diet as a healthy individual with IBS-D. Which is me, I'm that guy lol

I stay stray from dairy and gluten as much as I can and I also keep fiber low (hence, cutting out many veggies high in fiber) to avoid many trips to the bathroom.

I feel he may have some type of bowel disorder such as myself and that's why he is picky about his diet.

Brady's trainer was also involved in all the that huge steroids scandal with the Patriots and that's why the team cut his trainer off
