Unable to disconnect or remove Bluetooth devices from Windows 10 or Windows 11 and getting the error message 'Remove Failed'? You can fix it easily! Right-click on the Start button and open Device Manager from the list. In Device Manager, double-click on Bluetooth to expand it. Right-click and uninstall the 'Wireless Bluetooth' driver from the list. Please don't remove or delete it! Just uninstall as shown in the video. You can uninstall all drivers under Bluetooth if you don't have a driver with 'Wireless Bluetooth' in its name. Make sure you are only uninstalling, not deleting.
