Should you have your car's cylinder heads rebuilt?

Question, I can’t seem to find an answer to is I have a high compression motor and I have high compression heads. I suppose there’s couple of springs roller rockers. I have purchased this car and took the heads to get machine so the valves were taken care of no new valve seals. My question is, is there a break in. On that type of thing I know a break in period is required when you have fresh rings but I can’t find information on how to drive after putting fresh valves in.

I have a 2011 Chevy silverado 5.3 200k miles, I’m thinking of doing a cam and forces induction throttle body with a good tune. I don’t daily drive a lot just from work and back or what ever plans on the weekend. Do you think the rebuilt heads can take the beating or should I just get new heads.

What about having a bad valve then a piston shooting into the head will a skim and valve and piston replacement fix that

I did my mini me and i think I didn't sum wrong bc I have water in my oil and I didn't have that before

I had an engine seizure, am looking for soneone to redo the engine. Cld it be done? Any leads or recommendations. Seems main issue was low oil. Am in the mod west

I have a 1993 GMC Sonoma and it only has 88, 000 on it I got it at 86 should I have my head's resurfaced if I change out the head gasket I feel like it has low mileage compared to most
