The thing is what what would happen if you soak your weed eater line in hot water would it help with this matter

I use commercial grade weed warrior 0.080 line on my trimmers works great and seems to last longer then the others.

Just put your printer line in the microwave to see the difference And for trimmer line I soak mine in boiling hot water then when I use it I do see the difference in breakage. Put the trimmer in a plastic bag right away to keep the moisture in..

Stihl's says customer support says to soak. It can't just be opinion if the manufacturer recommends it.

Thanks. I just put line on a couple spools and was wondering if i should soak them or not. Your video has convinced me to not soak! And I'm pretty sure this will be the last video I ever watch about doing that!
