i use charcoal pencil for everyday writing and i just knew people dont personally use it for writing-

Charcoal spreads very easly so it is very easy to draw with it and ot can create rought and smooth both textures

Hi to really improve your shapes a little bit of light reflects auf the table so add a little lighter section close to where the space meets the table, love the content though keep it up!

Using an xacto knife to cut your graphite or charcoal pencils gives the best edges for drawing, imho. Xacto knives are a gift from heaven for an artist.
