I would eat 3 oranges at one sitting. In fact, I used to eat 4 oranges at one sitting every single day for over 2 decades. And my health is fine. Low a1c, no diabetes or pre diabetes, low cholesterol, and normal blood pressure

I would have no problem with eating 3 or more oranges in one sitting. I think if it's store bought orange juice it is bad because of the chemicals and sugar, but if it's freshly squeezed it can't be that bad.
