D1- Legs (Squats)
D2- Chest and Back (Bench)
D3- Sarms (Deadlift)
D4- Legs (Squat, Bench)
D5- Chest and Back (Bench, Deadlift)
D6-Sarms (Squat)
D7- Rest

This what my powerlifting coach makes us do but we obviously emphasize on compounds and within 4 months i put on 150lbs on my total

Squat 395-455
Dead-405- 475
Bench 205-235

Deadlift 2x a week
Squats 1x a week
Bench 3x a week
OHP maybe 1x a week
Pullups maybe 1x a week?

I dunno bro. Seems imbalanced, not to mention alla dat leg volume, but hey if it's making you gains I can't say nothin

Day 1: chest, biceps, abs, forearms.

Day 2: legs, calves, lower back and abs if I skipped them on first day.

Day 3:back, triceps, shoulders and traps.
Day 4: cardio/endurance.

Any thoughts guys?

I’m impressed this split is possible for you, gotta be very low volume each day

is an upper/lower split while doing all the compounds twice a week not better?

Would it be good to swap 1 day of bench with ohp and do pull ups instead of deadlifts. (Going on a cut soon so I want to keep chest and arm volume up because I don't want to loose any progress on them)

You either barely bench to failure or you have freaky recovery genetics
