I know most of these comments are jokes but tis genuinely helped me understand circular breathing more and mainly transitioning from blowing out to breathing in again since I was able to blow out and breathe in through my nose but did not know what to do after. thank you!!

It's not usually a practical skill but it's used when playing the didgeridoo, and many of Rahsaan Roland Kirk's songs require circular breathing.

Personally i find this to be a very useful skill when playing the Sax or Clarinet as some times i have to play for a long time with no rests
