Hi I can’t seem to use my cheek air to circular breathe I can use my cheek air on the straw though any tips?

I keep breathing in my mouth when I breath in my nose. Any tips? I’ve only started right now but I’ll be trying all week to get this down
Edit: I might have it down but I’m not sure. I’m definitely breathing a few seconds longer but that might be due to the excessive blowing but I’ll keep it up to see if I am really getting results

How do you make sound with the air from puffed cheeks?

I am at step one and two of circular breathing, just starting. Air that I am pushing from my cheeks is very weak. Not to mention pain in my neck while trying to coordinate these 2 steps. It's not easy.
